HBL is looking to hire a Regional Quality Manager in Retail Banking function, who will be responsible to maintain portfolio of corporate clients as per the business groups target market within the global bank network, ensuring that new relationships are timely marketed and existing relationships are deepened within acceptable risk profile requirements & defined Bank policies & procedures through highest levels of service delivery, resulting in achievement of maximum revenue and regional leadership position for the bank.
Job Details
• Working with region/area/ branch teams to devise strategy to enhance customer experience based on areas of improvement and customer feedback.
• Collaborating with L&D, HR, and other departments to implement trainings and re enforcement sessions related to CX to ensure continuous learning and development at branch and area level.
• Based on performance in Service KPIs, projects and initiatives to be launched in coordination with area management to bring about CX improvement
• Working with branch and area management to develop awareness and understanding of the importance of digital channels being used to enhance customer experience
Location: Mardan, Sialkot, Quetta and Muzaffarabad
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking or relevant field(s).
Experience 10 years of Banking experience in related field(s).
