Job Opportunity - Manager Product Growth - HBL

COUNTRY NAME: Pakistan

HBL is looking to hire a Manager Product Growth in its Innovation and Financial Inclusion function, Karachi, who will be responsible for the expansion of user base, i.e. acquisition, engagement and retention (AER), and rise in user activity, i.e. value and volume of financial and non-financial transactions, on HBL Mobile and HBL Pay.

Job Details
• Taking ownership of departmental and product vision, strategic roadmap, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•Defining success parameters for campaigns and new product features and analyzing and reporting performance to management and recommending alternate action plan, where required.
• Conducting market research and study reports from tools to review UI, UX and user journeys and coordinating with product team for feature development based on feedback.
• Developing product forecasts for target & growth monitoring by keeping a strong follow up on all ends for targets and delivery timelines, set by the management.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field(s)

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in digital or IT industry
