HBL is looking to hire a Head of Training - Core Banking System in its Human Resources function, Karachi who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of training program portfolio that support the effective use and management of our core banking systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in core banking systems, training design, project planning, coordination and implementation.
Details:
· Developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy for the core banking systems rollout and migration to ensure that employees at all levels understand and can effectively use the systems.
· Managing and leading a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.
· Coordinating with relevant stakeholders and prepare training plans, rollout phases, employee nominations, training calendar and deliver training sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure effective knowledge transfer. This may include new employee onboarding and ongoing training for existing staff.
· Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, ENZO, operations, L&D, and vendors to ensure that training programs are aligned with broader organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field(s)
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in designing and implementation of training programs related to new core banking system implementation and rollout (preferably T24)
