HBL is looking to hire a Prestige Service Executive in its Retail Banking function, Islamabad, who will be responsible for delivering highest standards of customer services in developing relationships and maintaining exceptional service levels leading to ultimate customer satisfaction; providing information and personalized guidance prioritizing needs of a customer at first point of contact, day to day tasks including account opening process, maintain close liaison with stakeholders.
Details:
· Acknowledging the customer’s presence in the lounge/premises and be the first point of contact for all Priority customers walking into the Priority Lounge/branch.
· Managing the traffic flow by proactively asking and resolving queries and completing transactions of Priority clients within the lounge
· Ensuring increase of Alternative Distribution channel usage by Priority clients
· Developing a practical understanding of internal policies, prudential regulations in order to ensure adherence to the company's risk and compliance policies.
Location: CDA Civic Centre – Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Education: Bachelor’s, preferably in Business or a relevant field(s)
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
