Head Data Engineering - HBL
HBL is looking to hire a Head Data Engineering in Information Technology function, Karachi, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data engineering within the organization, with a specific focus on ETL development, Reporting, Business Intelligence (BI), and Visualization. This role involves managing a team of Data Engineers, designing and maintaining data products, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with other departments to meet data-related needs.
Job Details
• Developing and execute a comprehensive data engineering strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
• Establishing and maintaining data quality checks and validation processes within ETL workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Overseeing the Reports and Dashboards development that fulfill the regulatory requirements as well as facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in computer science, Data engineering or related fields.
Experience: 5 years of experience as either a Development Head or Data Architect or Solution Architect.
